Happy Birthday Molly!!!

I can't believe my sweet baby girl is 2 years old! Where does the time go? We are excited to have a Dora the Explorer party for her tonight. As for today, she has spent most of the day topless while eating cheetos and asking for chocolate, who says she doesn't take after her mother! Here's a little look at the past two years.

Ditto

It's time once again for the Lehi Round-Up Days of fun!
You can read all about it HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE. All the same fun, just a year later! The only difference is that my parents will be attending this year. What? You're as shocked as I am. I think they remembered their Lehi Pride. That, or I made them feel guilty enough about not going last year. Whatever works!

Growing Up

A little conversation we had today:
Owen: Remember when I found that little tooth in here and thought it was mine?
Me: Yes.
Owen: Well, I know it was mine. So, I know that the tooth fairy isn't real.
Me: What do you think about that?
Owen: It's okay.

Teacher Appreciation Gift Idea

I know, you probably could have used this like a week or so ago. Sorry 'bout that, now you have it for next year! But don't you fret, I came up with another idea you could use it for. I found this EASY idea off Becky Higgins blog, she used it as a favor at a baby shower.

I used it as a gift for the boys teachers, then I used the extras for the "sisters" I go visiting teaching to. I know, it's like I was channeling Pioneer Party or something. I just wrote the message on the first page and dropped it off on the last day of the month (just like a good visiting teacher should)!

Here's how to make them. I bought 5x7 notepads at Walmart, they came in a pack of 6 for $2.44. I bought the pack of 6, because a pack of 3 was $1.44, and I did the math and was like for a dollar more I can get 3 more notepads. Then using my plethora of scrapbook scraps, I cut a 2 inch by 5 inch piece of cute paper, glued it over the top of the notepad, slapped on a coordinating flower and jewel, and WA-LAH! Cute, easy and CHEAP, just how I like things! I would love to hear more ideas on things to use them for, otherwise my "sisters" are going to have a year supply of notepads.
